Berkshire County Open House has the potential of being the most widely distributed real estate publication in all of Berkshire County, starting from day one. To be delivered by the same reliable distribution team as does our Columbia County Real Estate Guide; we will start with over 380 distribution spots for our inaugural issue in October. This ever-expanding distribution route will spread over all of Berkshire County and into Rennselaer, Columbia and Litchfield Counties.

In order to keep the content of our magazine current, we promise to have the newest issue out to the public by the 1st of each month. As proven in the past with the Columbia County Real Estate Guide, our entire team works diligently from start to finish in order to fulfill all timeline commitments. Our dedicated distribution team has literally worked through rain, sleet and snow to assure the most punctual deliveries. And, no sooner do they get the first round of magazines distributed, then they are back out restocking the racks again.

Our chosen distribution points not only include places like grocery stores, diners and banks, but, upon request, our individual advertisers will also receive adequate supplies of magazines delivered right to their door. We always welcome suggestions for additional distribution locations, as well. Let us know where you would like to see Berkshire County Open House and we will do our best to grant your request.

DIRECTIONS TO OUR OFFICE

From the North on Route 7: South on Rte. 7 into Pittsfield. Pass the North Street split to stay on First Street for 1 mile. Take a Left onto Fenn Street, then turn Right, before the Post Office onto Willis Street. Our office, is located on the immediate right (on the corner) as you turn onto Willis. We share entrances with Berkshire Travel.

From the South on Route 7: North on Rte. 7 into Pittsfield. Coming to the rotary in the center of town, take a right onto East Street and then left at the first light onto First Street. Take a right at the next light onto Fenn Street. Take another right onto Willis Street, just before the Post Office. Our office, is located on the immediate right (on the corner) as you turn onto Willis. We share entrances with Berkshire Travel.

From the East: Take 9 west to 8A. 8A turns into Dalton Ave, which turns into Tyler Street. Come to the intersection of Tyler and First Street. Take a left on First Street. Go through 3 lights and take a left onto Fenn Street (the fourth light). Turn Right just before the post Office onto Willis Street. Square One Design/Homebuyers Publications is located on the immediate right (on the corner) as you turn onto Willis.

From the West: East on 20 into Pittsfield. Take a Left on North Street. Come to the rotary and make a right on East Street. Immediately Turn left onto First Street. Make a right at the next light onto Fenn Street. Take your first right onto Willis Street, just before the post office. Square One Design/Homebuyers Publications is located on the immediate right (on the corner) as you turn onto Willis.
